The Sri Chinmoy Self-Transcendence Race in The US

The race lasts an amazing 52 days, and the person who enters has to run 3,100 miles. This is around 59.6 miles a day! You probably already guessed that it's the longest race in the world! The race starts over every day at 6 a.m. and often goes on until midnight. This race is different from other traditional races since it has a spiritual aspect. In other words, people are supposed to get rid of their desires and their sense of self.
Don't worry; people who enter can take long breaks whenever they need to during the day. The Sri Chinmoy Self-Transcendence Race takes place in Queens, New York, in the US from June to August.
