The World Championships of Underwater Hockey

Underwater hockey is a sport played in a swimming pool by two teams of six players who wear masks, snorkels, and fins. The World Underwater Federation CMAS runs the game all over the world. It started in England in 1954. The purpose of the game is to use a stick (called a "pusher") to push a puck across the bottom of the swimming pool and into the other team's goal.
The sticks are longer than regular hockey sticks, and the puck is a little heavier than a hockey puck. Underwater hockey can be fast-paced and entertaining, and it's a fantastic way to stay in shape while having fun.
