Have you ever traveled down your neighborhood and seen sorrowful "missing cat" leaflets stuck to lamp poles, noticeboards, buildings, and other places? You then remember to keep an eye out for the lost cat to help the search. Then, a week or so later, the flyers are still there. You have to worry if the cat is still missing.
