We Feel Fenced In

It was very evident from the start that the owner of the commercial lot had the upper hand in a parking dispute with the owner of a little garage that only held one car. The lot owner did something illegal and put up a fence that blocked the whole garage! Now the owner of the garage can't go in or out of it! That's too bad.
To be honest, this seems like a case where cooler heads should have triumphed. There's no reason to make someone's life tougher for no reason.
