This Neighbor Is Just Cold, Ice Cold

It's clear that the two neighbors in the picture below don't get along. When it snows, and one of them is out cleaning the shared staircase, they don't even take the time to shovel the other person's side of the stairs! We see six stairs that will make it easier for everyone to slip, whether they are half-shoveled or not. It would have just taken an extra minute to finish those off as well!
This kind of small-minded behavior drives us crazy. Why not just treat the people around you well? Some of these people act like they grew up in a barn.
