Have you ever had a neighbor who had a pet that was particularly strange? We don't mean just normal unusual, like a cat that likes to sit on the roof or a dog that walks itself around the block. We're talking stuff really strange, like peeing on a fire hydrant instead of sitting on it. To be honest, we don't know whether we've ever seen anything like this before.
The fact that this dog is smiling is what amazes us the most. This doesn't look like her first rodeo. She's probably either practicing so she can climb even higher things next, or she's playing "the floor is lava" with the kids from her owner's house and the neighbor's house.
