The Quietest Neighbors in Town

You have to give this real estate agent credit: she knows how to market. She realized it would be hard to sell a house that was directly next to a graveyard. So she told her clients to look on the bright side. The lawn is green, the home is strong, and the neighbors are very peaceful. They are so silent that you will never hear them.
We don't know if we could live next to a graveyard, even if the marketing was smart. We don't want to be in the real-life version of next year's top horror movie.
