Happy Fourth of July to Everyone Except This Person

The Fourth of July is one of the largest holidays in the US. If you haven't been there at least once, you should plan a vacation to the US this summer only for this occasion. There are parades all around the country, a hot dog eating contest on TV, and when the sun goes down, there are a lot of fireworks. Unless, of course, you live near this terrible person.
Why can't they just let everyone have fun? A rake and a shovel will clean up the leftover fireworks in the morning, and the kids will have fun. Take it easy!
