What Separates Northern Ireland From the Republic of Ireland Is a Subtle Change in Road Pavement

We've seen something like this before. This is like your neighbor not painting your side of the fence or not going an inch over his side of the lawn while trimming it. But here, the stakeholders are national entities instead of people living next to one other and making a deal. Who knew that countries could be so small-minded? Would it hurt them to fix the other side of the road as well?

Still, it must be entertaining to be on the winning side of this argument and chuckle at how bad your neighbor's pavement is. Haha, your sidewalk is terrible! Or something like that.
