The Bright Orange Border Between India and Pakistan

People often make up borders that aren't real. Because that's usually the case, it means that borders aren't easy to see from space. Not this time, though. The line that separates India and Pakistan is different. The bright orange line that runs across the map shows where India begins and Pakistan ends. This is because India built a lot of orange spotlights along the border. Weird things.

India went to the bother of lighting up their borders so they could catch smugglers and trespassers who were trying to get away with all sorts of bad things across the border.
