Utah's Hilarious Traffic Lights Catch Anyone's Attention

If you've ever driven in Utah, you probably know that driving on the highway can be a bad memory. For example, cars might stick to the mph limit guidelines until a second lane opens up out of nowhere. Then, all of a sudden, a bunch of people will drive too fast to keep someone else from passing. The move is disrespectful and dangerous, which is perhaps why Utah's traffic signs have gotten so spicy over the years.
They've definitely figured out how to get the attention of every vehicle that sees them. At least they figured out how to turn a bad situation into a funny one!
