From Johnny Depp To James "Whitey" Bulger

Johnny Depp played the Irish-American mafia boss and drug lord James "Whitey" Bulger in the 2015 movie Black Mass. Depp's role has to change throughout the movie to show the different periods of his life.

The makeup artists utilized bald caps with hair put on them so that Depp's real hair wouldn't get messed up. To round off the look, blue contacts were inserted.
