Saying "Russia Gets Cold" Would Be an Understatement

No, this isn't a fake picture. Someone who went to Novosibirsk, Russia, took this photo. We don't know why they chose to eat outside instead of in their hotel room, but they did, and this image is proof of that. It was so cold that their frood froze in place, which made this very strange picture.
Think about how fast that egg has to freeze to look like that. It must have been really chilly for things to happen.
