Iceland's Volcanic Eruptions Made These Beautiful Black-Sand Beaches

If we had known that Iceland had magnificent black sandy beaches like this one, we would have bought a ticket to go there. This is just one of the many beautiful places in Iceland. That country really does have everything: volcanoes, waterfalls, dark beaches, and hot geysers. It looks like it came from another planet. When it comes to scenery, Iceland is surely one of the most distinctive places in the world.
The sand on this beach turned black because of all the intense volcanic explosions that have happened on the island over the years.
