In Holland, Ranch Flavored Doritos Are Called "Cool American"

This makes perfect sense. We need to face the music at some time. It might be best to just confess that ranch is the most American thing there is these days. It's impossible to ignore since it's become such a big part of American food. That stated, this is something that Americans should be proud of! Ranch is amazing! It tastes great. Don't listen to what the soulless ranch-hating fanatics say.
We get the "American" part of the name, but what's with the "cool"? What makes the ranch so cool? We don't really know. We hope the Dutch can answer it for us.
