Oof. This must hurt. Imagine working a long, hard eleven-hour shift, only to have the drawer where you keep all the silverware collapse and tumble, spilling all the silverware on the floor and making it dirty. That 5-second rule isn't going to help you here. You'll have to clean all the cutlery again and fix that drawer.

You may also just quit your work and escape society. You could go build a small cabin in the woods. Why not? It looks like you have nothing to lose right now.
