Geez. Someone needs to clean up a bit. It's always the new person who makes these mistakes. You can't blame him; it's just a good amount of excitement and a little bit of a go-getter attitude that makes these things happen. Over time, his excitement will turn into jaded cynicism, and he'll start doing things by the book, even if that book is boring and not very useful.

But the new guy did what all new people do: he shook things up, and now he has to clean up all the oil on the floor.
