Not Enough Money for Good Wages, But Enough to Waste Food

It's crazy that grocery stores will throw away all that food, but when it comes to paying their workers a fair salary, they're like, "Nah, we're good." Seriously? You're going to throw away all that food, but you can't even pay your staff a living wage? What a messed-up set of priorities. Now, we're not advocating that everyone should be rich, but come on. Supermarkets, get it together.

Also, if you're going to throw away that much perfectly fine food, wouldn't you rather give it to, I don't know, your employees? Or folks who are hungry? This is better than just throwing it out like this.
