We can all agree on one thing: our grandmas are the best cooks. A restaurant owner in New York seems to agree with this. He doesn't hire cooks because of this. Instead, he hires a different granny to oversee the restaurant every day. These grandmas will come in every day and make a different menu based on their own culture and food.
Enoteca Maria is the name of this restaurant. Instead of cooks, it has a rotating series of grandmothers. The only thing we need to know is how to sign up our grandma.
