On the day he was asked to answer this test question, this boy obviously didn't want to talk. When asked how they would fix a problem that made them fall on the floor and scratch their leg, they said they would "get up and deal with it." This is a realistic way to deal with a problem that has been there for a long time, but it's definitely not what the teacher wanted to hear.
That said, kids don't always want to give detailed responses, and this funny test answer is a great example of that.
