It's All About Perspective

It's hard to tell what's funnier: the way this student answered the math question or the large red "0" that the teacher put next to his answer. The student thought the infinity sign at the conclusion of the sample equation looked like an eight that had been turned on its side. This made them think that the answer to the unfinished problem must likewise need a number written on its side.
It's a funny mistake to make, or this student is just trying to give any answer, no matter how unlikely it is to be true.
