This student either didn't want to write a longer answer and chose this cheeky one instead, or they are a genius who knew exactly what they were doing when they answered "This" to the question "Write an example of a risk." Whatever the reason for their answer, it worked out for them because they got a big red tick and probably more points on the test.
It takes a lot of guts for a student to write just one word in response to a question on a paper that wants more, but as the saying goes, "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take."
