We have no words for how terrifying the sheer size of this colossal snake is! The one comfort is that the species pictured here (the Titanoboa) is said to be extinct. However, even if this nightmare reptile was still around, you might take some relief in the fact that it ate mainly fish. They must have been some of the biggest fish out there to sustain a beast like this! But, the alarming thing is there's no definitive way to confirm a creature is 100% extinct; we can only make assumptions based on the fact there haven't been any sightings.
